Fostering Confidence Through Emotional Storytelling
EyeCheq, a point-of-care eye-screening startup co-founded by vitreoretinal surgeon Dr. Rashid Taher, needed investors and clinicians to quickly understand what makes its technology different. Dr. Taher, who sits on our board, had a front-row seat to how we work, so when EyeCheq needed a video, he brought us in. Working closely with Rashid and Chief Commercial Officer Chris Grant in spring 2025, we took the story from script and mood board through illustrated storyboards to a finished 2D/3D animated video, voiced by Rashid’s daughter and Chris. Now featured prominently on EyeCheq’s website, the video helps people grasp EyeCheq’s unique value, and in July 2026, the company closed a $10M funding round.

DiabetesWise is an initiative from Stanford University School of Medicine and people living with diabetes. It is a highly respected resource for choosing diabetes devices. Before partnering with us, most information on patch pumps lived deep in academic literature. The DiabetesWise team asked us to create clear, engaging content tailored to a wide range of audiences, in English and Spanish.
